Terms of service
Last updated: 18 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Bizobook — the website, web app, mobile app and API at bizobook.com (the "Platform") — operated by VISTAARSETU TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, CIN U62099PN2026PTC254174, having its registered office at B-wing-3, Fl-1410, Kumar Pebble Park, Survey Number 55, Sasanenagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411028 ("Bizobook", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform you (the business, and anyone using it on your behalf — "you") agree to these terms.
1. What the Platform is
Bizobook is a technology platform that lets businesses request quotes from, and book deliveries with, independent third-party logistics providers ("Carriers") and, where enabled, the business's own riders. We are not a courier, transporter or carrier. The pickup, carriage and delivery of each parcel is performed by the Carrier you book, under that Carrier's own terms. We facilitate the booking, payment, tracking and support around it.
2. Your account
- The Platform is for businesses. You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind the business you register.
- You must give accurate business details and complete KYC (PAN / GSTIN / business proof) when asked. We may limit or suspend an account until KYC is verified.
- You are responsible for everyone you add to your team, for keeping passwords and API keys secret, and for all activity under your account and keys. Tell us immediately at admin@bizobook.com if you suspect misuse.
3. Bookings
- Quotes are estimates from the Carriers at the time of the request and are valid for a short period. The price shown when you confirm a booking is the price held from your wallet.
- You must give correct pickup and drop addresses, map locations, contact numbers, weight and contents. Incorrect details can lead to failed or returned deliveries, extra charges or cancellation by the Carrier.
- Carriers may refuse, delay or cancel a booking — for example for unavailable riders, weather, access restrictions or prohibited contents. Where a Carrier cannot complete a booking, we may offer or automatically try another Carrier as configured in your routing rules.
- Pickup and delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees.
4. Prohibited items and use
You must not book, or allow others to book, the delivery of:
- anything illegal, stolen, counterfeit, or requiring a licence you do not hold;
- cash, bullion, jewellery, precious stones, negotiable instruments or lottery tickets;
- weapons, ammunition, explosives, flammable, corrosive, radioactive or otherwise hazardous material;
- narcotics, psychotropic substances, alcohol or tobacco where restricted; live animals; human remains;
- any item a Carrier's own terms prohibit.
You must not misuse the Platform — including reverse-engineering it, scraping it, overloading the API beyond your rate limit, sharing credentials outside your business, or using it to harass anyone. You are responsible for packing items safely and for any loss or damage caused by prohibited or improperly packed items.
5. Wallet and payments
- The Platform works on a prepaid wallet. You add money by online payment (through our payment partner) or by bank transfer approved by us.
- When you book, the quoted amount is held in your wallet. It is charged when the parcel is picked up or delivered, and released back to your available balance if the booking is cancelled before pickup or fails, as described in our Refund & cancellation policy.
- Your wallet balance is an advance for services on the Platform only. It is not a bank account or deposit, earns no interest, and cannot be transferred to another account.
- Delivery charges collected are passed on to the Carriers. Our own platform fees (and any subscription) are invoiced monthly with GST as applicable. Prices and fees may change; changes apply to bookings made after they take effect.
6. Loss, damage and claims
If a parcel is lost, damaged or wrongly delivered, raise a claim from the booking in the app within 7 days of the scheduled delivery, with photos and proof of value. We will pursue the claim with the Carrier on your behalf. Any compensation is limited to what the Carrier accepts under its own terms and liability limits, and is credited to your wallet once received or approved.
7. Your customers' data
When you book a delivery you share your customers' names, phone numbers and addresses with us. For that data you are the data fiduciary and we process it on your behalf, to fulfil and track deliveries and to maintain your customer list on the Platform. You confirm you are entitled to share it for these purposes. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy policy.
8. Intellectual property
The Platform, its software, design and the Bizobook name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for your business while your account is active. You keep all rights in your own data.
9. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time by writing to us. We may suspend or close an account, with notice where practical, if these terms are breached, KYC is not completed, payments fail, or we are required to by law. On closure, bookings already in progress are completed or cancelled, and any unused wallet balance is refunded as described in our Refund & cancellation policy, after settling amounts you owe.
10. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any Carrier will accept, complete or deliver on time any booking. Carrier information, prices, ETAs and tracking are provided by the Carriers.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits or lost business. Our total liability arising out of the Platform in any month is limited to the platform fees you paid us for that month. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify VISTAARSETU TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED against claims, penalties and costs arising from items you ship, incorrect information you provide, your breach of these terms or of law, or your use of your customers' data.
13. Force majeure
Neither party is responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control — including natural disasters, strikes, riots, government orders, network or power outages, or failures of Carriers or payment networks.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify account owners by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept it.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance process below, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
